“Great hotel overall ”

“All was good however ac was not working and no one was available to speak to till the next morning. No mirror besides one in bathroom Food is halal which was really good Besides that everything was good”

“The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again.”

“Es gibt riesige Unterschiede was die Zimmer angeht. Wir hatten das Glück, dass wir mit dem Management sprechen konnten und ein anderes Zimmer bekommen haben. Das war dann richtig schön! Gesamtes Hotel wirkt noch eher ‚alt‘ wird aber schrittweise erneuert. ”

“The only thing we would comment on is the food in the restaurants all the menus were the same and never seem to change. It might be because it was not peak season. The day pool bar menu was great. We felt some of that should have been incorporated into the evening menu. Also they could do with an ice cream freezer, just something to grab when you are around the pool.”

“The hotel was lovely, warm and welcoming, the Komenno peninsula is beautiful and we loved that wherever you are in the hotel there are beautiful views. Food and drink at the beach bar and à la carte restaurants was amazing (though expect to pay high prices if not on all inclusive). The sister hotel Imperial is easy to walk to and has some lovely restaurants, views and seating areas to explore also. Staff very nice and helpful, they helped us book a private boat tour which was great and we also……

While not on the beach, it’s a short walk with dozens of restaurants within a couple of miles.”
